Meet Steve Summers

I’m Steve Summers, and I lead Next Horizon Coaching. I help leaders navigate transitions with greater clarity, perspective, and purpose.

My leadership journey has taken me through business ownership, pastoral ministry, state-wide church leadership, and executive responsibilities. I have worked with leaders facing new roles, complex organizational challenges, and decisions that carry both personal and professional weight.

As an ACC-credentialed coach, I listen carefully, ask questions that open new possibilities, and help you notice the patterns influencing your choices. Together, we translate insight into practical next steps.

My background includes a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership from Drew University, training in emotional intelligence, team building and onboarding, and experience with Bowen family systems theory. For clients who wish to explore life, vocation, relationships, and faith there is room for those questions in our work.
